Notre client est le leader mondial des solutions de protection périmétrique.
Ils fabriquent des systèmes de clôtures de qualité pour sécuriser les personnes, les biens et les entreprises dans le monde entier.
Localisation Sud-Est : le responsable grands comptes sera en télétravail mais pourra venir dans leurs bureaux en Ile-de-France si la personne le souhaite.
Missions :
• Gérer et développer les relations avec les partenaires de distribution et les succursales locales des principaux comptes nationaux et/ou européens de distribution pour la région Sud-Est de la France.
• Avoir une bonne compréhension du marché local.
• Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (cross/up-sell) pour stimuler la croissance.
• Rechercher de nouveaux clients pour favoriser une plus grande pénétration du marché et de nouvelles sources de revenus.
• Gérer les relations avec les clients et les prospects.
• Déployer des initiatives commerciales sur le marché local, en alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux.
• Lancer et exécuter des initiatives promotionnelles.
• Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour stimuler les revenus et la croissance.
• Atteindre/Dépasser les revenus, Moy. Prix de vente et nouveaux objectifs de développement commercial et KPI.
• Restez au courant des derniers développements du marché et des activités des concurrents
• Gérer et développer des relations avec les installateurs et sous-traitants régionaux et les succursales locales des principaux comptes nationaux et/ou européens de distribution.
• Créer et exécuter un plan d'affaires stratégique convenu pour la région avec des partenaires clés identifiés.
• Préparer et organiser des rendez-vous d'affaires avec les partenaires et travailler sur des initiatives à long terme.
• Enregistrez les activités, les opportunités et les données des partenaires dans le CRM et assurez-vous que les données dans le CRM reflètent les activités réelles.
• Construire un pipeline solide basé sur les clients existants et la création de nouvelles entreprises et le gérer efficacement au quotidien.
Le profil que nous recherchons :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master ou d'une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
Vous disposez d'au moins 4-5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire dans le secteur clôture.
Vous avez déjà travaillé pour un fabricant de clôture.
Capacité démontrée à stimuler les ventes et à atteindre les objectifs.
Vous disposez d'un fort sens du service client
Anglais intermédiaire/courant
Vous disposez d'une aisance certaine pour échanger avec les clients/ prospects tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé dans le pilotage de votre activité.
Basé sur le terrain, voyageant beaucoup en France pour des réunions avec des clients et des événements de l'industrie.
