Manager System of Quality Management H/F

Vos challenges

Sous le contrôle direct du Directoire, le Risk Management est responsable de l’élaboration de politiques et procédures conformes à la réglementation et aux bonnes pratiques de KPMG. Pour renforcer ce dispositif, KPMG a constitué au sein du Risk Management une équipe dédiée à la gestion d’un système de management de la qualité (System of Quality Management ou SoQM).

Rejoindre l’équipe SoQM et travailler au sein du Risk Management, c'est exercer un métier intellectuellement stimulant et avoir un rôle d’allié pour les professionnels du cabinet en lien avec les missions d’Audit et d’Assurance, en proximité avec l'ensemble des métiers et des fonctions support à ces missions.

De chez vous, du bureau, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

Réviser les procédures de contrôle interne et les processus existants (Analyse des écarts, définition des objectifs qualité, risques…) Mettre en place de nouveaux processus liés au management de la qualité en lien avec les équipes en support aux missions d’Audit et d’Assurance (Audit Quality, DPP, RH, Formation, IT…) Accompagner le changement et coacher les équipes internes sur les attendus et le niveau de documentation demandé (animation de workshop, coaching de proximité) Conduire des sous-projets de transformation des processus du cabinet et de digitalisation de ses outils Développer un réseau professionnel en interne en étant en contact avec le Senior Management des métiers de KPMG et le réseau international Tester et évaluer le contrôle interne Réaliser et/ou revoir les tests d'évaluation de la conception et de l'application des contrôles internes ainsi que les tests d'efficacité opérationnelle selon notre Méthodologie d’Audit Documenter les résultats Elaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de remédiation pour les contrôles inefficients

Votre profil

Au-delà d’un diplôme, nous recherchons une personne justifiant d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans en cabinet d’audit et qui souhaite mettre à profit son expertise au sein du département Risk Management pour accompagner la stratégie de développement du cabinet.

Une expérience en environnement SOX & US GAAP serait un plus.

Vous avez su gérer des missions ou des projets au sein d’environnements complexes et vous démontrez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, d’organisation et de travail en équipe.

Vous aimez vous adapter aux situations et aux différentes personnalités que vous rencontrez, analyser et êtes une force de proposition de solutions et de dispositifs nouveaux.

Enfin, vous êtes de nature diplomate avec de solides capacités rédactionnelles.

Un niveau d’anglais courant (à minima niveau B2) est nécessaire sur le poste.

Localisation :

Vous serez basé à Tour Eqho dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Vous aurez la possibilité d'être basé au sein d'autre bureau KPMG avec des déplacements à Paris Tour Eqho.
