Le siège social du Groupe AXA (GIE AXA) regroupe nos activités corporate. Il assure le pilotage et le support des filiales dans le monde, afin de garantir notamment la coordination et le suivi de la stratégie globale d’AXA, l’application de ses standards, la cohérence des approches commerciales, et le partage des meilleures pratiques.
Le siège est composé d’environ 1000 employés et se distingue par sa forte culture internationale (45 nationalités), ce qui en fait un espace de travail riche et stimulant.

About AXA Emerging Customers
AXA’s Emerging Customer team leads AXA’s inclusive insurance strategy, which aims at protecting mass market and low-to-middle income segments across countries. The objective of our business is to protect vulnerable customers who are ill-insured and help them cope at time of financial distress. As an illustration, we develop small ticket insurance for small business owners, independent workers, farmers, migrant workers, etc. This initiative is a defined business unit with commercial objectives as well as a social impact mission. More concretely, the Emerging Customers team supports AXA subsidiaries in countries to roll out their Emerging Customers’ business through partnership-building, customer research, product development, design of customer journey, optimization of operations & IT, and impact assessment. The KPIs of our distribution partners and the priorities & needs of our end clients are central to the team: the objective is to anticipate changing social & economic needs to tailor our products and services accordingly. Clients-centricity is not just a buzz word: we apply human-centered design methodologies on the ground to tailor new products and services to customer needs leverage technology. We meet these needs by developing innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge yet often simple technologies. One of the core areas of focus is to improve our health solutions for Emerging Customers that combine low-ticket health insurance with digital health services. As such we protect the low-income people against catastrophic health expenses as well as improve their health-seeking behaviors to make sure they access primary care at the right time and get good quality diagnosis to manage their specific health conditions. The end goal is to contribute to equitable access to healthcare in order to improve health outcomes for the ‘missing-middle’ segment.
Votre poste et vos missions au quotidien :
The AXA Emerging Customers team (AXA EC) is looking for a health equity analyst that will help to coordinate the health equity for emerging customers (HE4EC) initiative as well as support any developments and analysis required to move the agenda forward. This person would also help to develop both internal and external communication channels, and to contribute to coordinate our communication and advocacy strategy.
Main activities:
Project management for HE4EC projects Prepares HE4EC project meetings, coordinates stakeholders’ contributions, summarizes insights, updates planning and disseminates actions Engages with stakeholders from Group and local teams to deliver on project plans, keeps track of actions and supports local teams with project management Prepares presentations to key internal stakeholders (leadership teams and C-level) Develops/updates the HE4EC project dashboard, and shares progress tracker Health equity solutions Performs desk research and monitors key trends across countries (public health, disease burden, health financing and equity, healthcare systems…) Scans and compares healthcare providers for specific local deployments (brick & click, digital health, digital therapeutics…) Designs new partnership models with health organizations and develops business pitches Shares key insights with core and local teams, ideates to improve or create new health value propositions in countries, supports the development of business cases and business requirements Support the deployment of new health solutions and works closely with our Chief Medical Advisor to secure clinical pathways and patient safety governance Health equity analytics Supports AXA EC product manager and local actuarial teams to retrieve and structure health data from open sources, partners, claims history… Perform health analyses in specific countries to enable the set-up of new health insurance programs ( disease burden, health costs, incidence) Editorial planning and communications Supports the teams communication by planning various communication action Produces communication content : articles, video scripts, etc. based on the team’s expertise Project and content management Accompanies the team in organizing community events and transversal projects Consolidates documentation and organizes knowledge-management Support content production for training initiatives.Votre Profil
Compétences techniques et professionnelles requises, niveau d'expérience :
Professional and technical skills
Analytical skills with strong planning ability and attention to detail. Passion for health equity, track record on health insurance or health services, especially in developing countries Experience identifying and implementing innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions. Capacity to consolidate and summarize quantitative data from varied sources. Capacity to summarize and to express yourself in a clear and precise way. Ability to work on different tasks and projects Written and oral English mandatory; any other language is a plus but optional.Interpersonal skills
