Dear Applicant, forour client – textile industry French start-up, we are looking for aProject Management Officer. As a PMO you will play a pivotal role inadvancing our client’s project management strategies, collaboratingclosely with cross-functional teams to implement inventiveapproaches. The position entails enhancing project timelines,resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment withorganizational objectives and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratewith the CTO to formulate and execute project roadmaps in alignmentwith organizational objectives.
- Monitor projectadvancements, ensuring congruence with OKRs and overarching goals.
- Effectivelymanage and coordinate the allocation of resources to technicalprojects for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Superviseproject budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved, andresources are distributed judiciously.
- Identify andassess project risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigatepotential issues.
Requirements:
- Experience as aPMO Manager or similar (in an R&D or technology-drivenenvironment)
- Ability to workclosely with the CTO to align project strategies with overallbusiness objectives.
- Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies, tools, and bestpractices.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient intracking and analyzing project data
- Experience inresource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Familiaritywith OKRs and their application in project management
- Technical professional background
