Mission description

This project consists of responding to regulatory issues, addressing Cyber ​​risks and modernizing our tools.Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Monitor and maintain workstation environments, providing expert support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored TOIP (Telephony over IP) solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Lead and participate in global rollouts, coordinating with international teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, leveraging industry knowledge to build and enhance data communication and wireless infrastructure.
