Job description
L’équipe Conformité a pour mission d’accompagner ses clients dans tous les secteurs d’activité (Services Financiers, Energie, Transport, Luxe, Industrie Pharmaceutique, …) sur leurs nombreux enjeux réglementaires et de mise en conformité (GDPR, LCB-FT, devoir de vigilance, Sapin II …) notamment au sein des directions de conformité, juridiques ou éthiques.
Manager d’une équipe de consultants expérimentés et en plein essor , vous contribuez à la construction de l'équipe. Vous développez une offre de service à destination de nos clients et vous les accompagnerez notamment sur les missions suivantes :
Accompagnement à la transformation et à l’optimisation des fonctions/directions Compliance, Contrôle Interne, Juridique et Éthique, Évaluation, définition et mise en place de dispositifs de gestion des risques, d’éthique et de déontologie (cartographie des risques, procédures de contrôle, plans de contrôles…),Réalisation de diagnostics et d’audit de conformité ,
Identification et mise en place de solutions innovantes (RPA, IA, Chatbot…)
Dans le cadre de vos interventions opérationnelles et dans le cadre du développement interne du cabinet, vous :
Gérez la relation client sur les missions existantes et prenez part au développement de nouvelles opportunités, Encadrez des consultants dans le cadre de missions ou de projets internes au cabinet (groupe de travail, formation…), Contribuez au développement de notre expertise Conformité, Contribuez activement à notre politique de publication (veille réglementaire, présentation de décryptage, mise en place et participation à des événements autour des sujets de conformité…).
Qualifications
Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce ou titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit / Conformité (double cursus apprécié) d'une grande université,vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le conseil ou auprès de grandes entreprises sur des projets d’envergure autour de sujets de conformité.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’une capacité à travailler en équipe, d’une ouverture d’esprit, d’un sens de l’analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l’innovation, l’excellence, la bienveillance, l’esprit entrepreneurial, le travail d’équipe ainsi que l’équilibre vie personnelle - vie professionnelle.
Anglais professionnel courant indispensable.
