Au cœur du Groupe Rossignol et dans un contexte international, le/la Campaign Coordinator assure la gestion opérationnelle des campagnes publicitaires digitales pour promouvoir nos produits et renforcer la présence de la marque. En qualité dalternant(e) Campaign Coordinator pour les marques du Groupe, a pour mission de coordonner les campagnes marketing, de concevoir des stratégies innovantes, de coordonner la création de contenus publicitaires attrayants et doptimiser les campagnes pour en maximiser limpact et lefficacité. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing des 4 marques du Groupe, couvrant tous les sports et toutes les divisions (HG/SG).

Tes missions :
tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes marketing et Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) pour créer et déployer des campagnes digitales innovantes. Ta mission consistera à concevoir des stratégies de campagne adaptées à chaque canal (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) et à élaborer un calendrier de campagnes Top to Middle funnel avec les équipes GTM de chaque marque. tu seras responsable de la gestion budgétaire, en optimisant chaque euro dépensé et en identifiant les opportunités dinvestissement pour maximiser notre retour sur investissement. De plus, tu auras lopportunité de mener des tests et des expérimentations pour explorer de nouveaux canaux de publicité et types de contenu. tu évalueras les performances de chaque campagne en utilisant divers indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et mettrass en place un système de reporting régulier pour suivre lévolution des dépenses publicitaires et des performances des campagnes. Ces résultats seront à présenter à une large audience composée des équipes DTC, marketing et direction. Profil requis
Ton ADN :
Connaissance du marketing digital (nouveautés et évolutions) et excellente culture marketing et des outils associés Maîtrise des outils publicitaires (ads manager) et de tracking Organisation, adaptabilité, rigueur et esprit dinitiative Orientation ROIste Esprit danalyse Anglais courant (environnement International) Connaissance du milieu des sports outdoor. Rédaction de contenu avec parfaite maîtrise de la grammaire et de lorthographe en français et anglais. Excellent sens du relationnel (contact avec multiples acteurs)
