Description du poste
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur industriel, nous recherchons notre futur pilote d'études F/H, pour rejoindre nos équipes.
Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié du client externe sous la responsabilité d’un chef de projet, ainsi que l’interlocuteur technique des équipes.
Vous aurez pour mission :
- l’animation d’un groupe de techniciens / experts
- le pilotage des études en France et à l'international.
- représenter les études au sein du groupe de projet
- suivre les aspects Qualité – Coût – Délai
- Assurer le suivi et les résultats de l’ensemble des validations
Vous proposerez des solutions de conception, conformes aux règles et normes métiers ferroviaires ainsi qu'aux contraintes (poids, coût, capacité de fabrication, maintenance, performances...).
Vous entretiendrez le lien avec les équipes de fabrications et serez force de proposition de solutions d'amélioration continue.
Qualifications
De formation ingénieur mécanique, vous avez une solide expérience dans le milieu industriel (idéalement ferroviaire).
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant qui vous permet de maîtriser l’anglais technique et faciliter les échanges avec de nombreuses nationalités.
Vous possédez une expérience de 1 an minimum dans le pilotage d'études techniques à échelle internationale, 5 ans en conception mécanique.
Vous maitrisez CATIA V5.
Votre bon relationnel, votre autonomie et votre esprit de synthèse vous permettent de vous intégrer rapidement. Vous êtes force de proposition, vous appréciez l’animation d’équipe et avez le goût de la résolution de problèmes mécaniques.
