Dans le cadre d’un CDI à pourvoir rapidement 

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS 

Au sein de la Direction Trust & Ethics, vous intégrez le pôle Consumer, Customer, Citizen & Quality Care, et plus particulièrement Qualité & Food Safety. Directement rattaché(e) au Group Deputy Quality & Food Safety Director. Votre rôle consistera à être garant au niveau du Groupe des thématiques Q&FS (Qualité & Food Safety) transverses sous votre responsabilité, applicables aux activités des sites de production du Groupe. 

A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Être le support aux usines, garant des règles de management de Food Safety et de l’HACCP, ainsi que de leur mise en œuvres et respect dans les sites (déploiement, mise en œuvre de la Politique Food Défense dans les sites du Groupe...) 

Être le support aux usines, garant des règles de management de la Food Défense et de l’outil de risk-assessment et plan d’action associé, ainsi que de leur mise en œuvre et respect dans les sites 

Être le support aux usines, garant des règles de management des Corps Etranger et équipements de détection associés, ainsi que de leur mise en œuvre et respect dans les sites 

Être le support aux usines, garant des règles de management du Pest-Control (en lien avec le pôle Scientific Expertize & FS Régulation), ainsi que leur mise en œuvre et respect dans les sites 

Être le support aux usines, garant des règles de management de l’EQSU (en lien avec le pôle Tools Data & Market transversal process Q&FS), ainsi que leur mise en œuvre et respect dans les sites 

Être le garant des règles de management de la Traçabilité et de Métrologie (en lien avec l’Hygiène & FS Regulation Coordinator), de son respect et mise en œuvre dans les sites 

PROFIL

Diplômé(e) d’une formation ingénieur de l’agro-alimentaire avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum de préférence en milieu industriel agro- alimentaire “ dairy “ ou d’un BTS-DUT avec 10 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel agro-alimentaire (inclus en site industriel).

Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon niveau de connaissance et de pratique des systèmes de management de la qualité, de l’hygiène, de la sécurité des aliments, de l’HACCP, de la Food Defense, des principes et méthodologie de management des corps étrangers et des détecteurs de métaux et par rayons X (la qualification diplômante en Conseiller en Radioprotection est un plus). 

Vous avez un bon niveau de maitrise du management de la Q&FS et en particulier dans les opérations, ainsi que des référentiels de management de système (ISO 9001, GFSI...) 

On vous reconnait par votre rigueur, votre leadership et votre esprit d’équipe. Vous êtes doté(e) d’un réel sens pédagogique et savez travailler dans un environnement multiculturel. Votre sens relationnel et vos capacités à vulgariser auprès de vos interlocuteurs est essentiel. 

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (base de données, TCD et autres outils digitaux/IT en particulier, SAP QM, Power BI) et également des méthodes statistiques. 

Votre anglais est courant
