RX France, filiale du Groupe mondial RX (anciennement Reed Exhibitions) et de RELX, recherche activement un(e) Responsable pricing et revenue management pour définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie pricing des salons et contribuer à la croissance du revenu des salons.

Vos missions :

Vous aurez la responsabilité de développer et de mettre en place les « bonnes pratiques » en matière de revenue management et de pricing au profit des salons de RX France.

Cela implique notamment de déployer les processus et outils permettant d’optimiser les prix des produits et services commercialisés dans le cadre de la stratégie de développement de chaque marque en tenant compte du positionnement, de la concurrence, offre produits, segmentation et satisfaction clients.

Ce poste implique une forte collaboration avec les équipes salons, commerciales et finance.

Vous serez force de proposition en matière d’innovation permettant l’optimisation des prix et la satisfaction clients.

Vous présenterez la stratégie Pricing de vos Salons à la Direction Générale et assurerez le pilotage du tarif pour les différents produits ainsi que l’animation de la politique tarifaire auprès des équipes commerciales.

Vous représentez l’expertise métier pour la France auprès des autres Bus et participez aux échanges avec les fonctions identiques existant au sein du Groupe RX en vue d’optimiser les processus et le partage d’expériences sur l’ensemble des Bus.

Profil recherché  :

Vous avez une formation supérieure (Bac+5 min) orientée Marketing / Consulting ou Finance et justifiez d’une expérience en définition de stratégie marketing/de pricing, expérience en production d’analyses complexes et de gestion de projet. Vous avez démontré des compétences en modélisation de données (à minima Excel niveau avancé ) et avez déjà utilisé des outils de Data Visualisation type Power BI. Vous faites preuve d’une grande rigueur, vous avez également une bonne capacité d’adaptation et de réactivité vous permettant de respecter les délais. Vous avez démontré des capacités d’analyses et de synthèse, la capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau, et à produire des recommandations. Anglais courant

2 jours de télétravail possible par semaine
