Vos missions

Delivery :

  • Etude du besoin ;
  • Pilotage des engagements : budget, coûts, délais, qualité, risques ;
  • Management et encadrement des équipes et du client pouvant être réparties sur plusieurs sites géographiques (on-site, onshore, nearshore, offshore) ;
  • Suivi des phases du projet (conception, développement et intégration) ;
  • Suivi et gestion de la relation client ;
  • o Gestion et communication du reporting opérationnel et managérial, en interne comme en externe ;
  • o Encadrement et coaching dans les programmes de transformation de l’entreprise.

Business Development :

  • Participer au foisonnement de nouvelles opportunités en développant les comptes clients existants en synergie avec les responsables commerciaux.
Votre profil
  • Vous êtes diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur ou de commerce (avec une majeure IT, digital) ou équivalent universitaire BAC+5 dans une spécialité connexe.
  • Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Chef de Projet, idéalement dans le milieu des ESN.
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous avez idéalement déjà piloté des équipes internationales.
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, vos qualités de négociation, de relation client et de gestion des risques.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet.
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais vous permettant d’évoluer dans un environnement international et possédez de bonnes connaissances générales de l’industrie informatique, des systèmes d’information ainsi qu’un goût prononcé pour la qualité du service client.

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, méthodologie ;
  • Créativité et capacité à apporter des solutions optimales, problem solving ;
  • Bonne gestion financière, maîtrise des coûts et amélioration de la marge ;
  • Appétence pour la tech.
