What you will be doing:
Assist on the delivery of European projects / solutions across the services portfolio. Build knowledge and experience of Talent Assessment solutions by taking over project deliverables. Engage customers by presenting technical information in a straightforward and engaging way. Examine trends and themes in data, guiding customers on the use of impartial data. Answer tactical questions from customers about products and solutions. Deliver services or small customer projects and/or solutions efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential: Bachelor Degree in Psychology and ideally Masters Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Org Psych, HR, Business with HR/Psychology related modules. Fluent French language skills - ideally French as your mother tongue. Excellent communication and able to work proactively. Understand assessment design and methods e.g. job analysis techniques, structured interviews.
Comprehend fundamentals and be knowledgeable in statistical analysis of data using Excel.
Desirable: Assessment Center /Development Center Design concepts. Development tools/360 Feedback Experience on projects and taking care of customer/stakeholder relationships. SPSS
