Notre client est une startup bordelaise en tête de proue de l'innovation, spécialisée dans la cybersécurité. Cette entreprise a repoussé les limites de la technologie en développant sa propre solution axée sur l'analyse binaire de sécurité des logiciels.

Technical Product Specialist - Cybersecurity
CDI - BORDEAUX (33) OU FULL REMOTE

Au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes, vous occuperez le poste de conseiller en avant-vente. Vous serez en contact avec des clients du monde entier pour présenter la solution de cette startup, réaliser des démonstrations et des évaluations à distance, ainsi que des formations.

En tant que Technical Product Specialist, vos missions consisteront à :

  • Présenter et démontrer la plateforme aux clients potentiels, en mettant en avant ses fonctionnalités et ses avantages en termes de sécurité.

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe sales pour piloter l'étape d'évaluation technologique lors du processus de vente.

  • Fournir un support technique pré-sales en répondant aux questions des clients et en les accompagnant dans la prise en main de la plateforme à travers des formations.

  • Participer à des salons et des conférences pour promouvoir la plateforme et échanger avec les acteurs du secteur. Vous serez notamment amené à voyager pour rencontrer les clients et comprendre leurs besoins.

  • Contribuer à la communication technique en rédigeant des articles de blogs ou en réalisant des présentations.

Profil


Vous possédez un excellent sens relationnel / rédactionnel et des capacités démontrées à communiquer efficacement et à présenter de manière convaincante.  Vous êtes motivé(e) et capable de travailler de manière indépendante pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, tout en contribuant de manière proactive à l'équipe.

Profil recherché :

Vous avez idéalement une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire en consulting / prévente / relation client dans un environnement d’ingénierie et/ou IT (logiciels, solutions SAAS, etc.). 

Compétences requises :

  • Bonne connaissance de l'architecture Hardware (modes CPU, MMU, bus internes, etc.) sur les systèmes ARM et/ou Intel.

  • Bonne connaissance des outils de rétro-ingénierie (IDA, Ghidra, Wireshark, Volatility, etc.).

  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit (la plupart des clients sont à l'étranger).
