Field Operations Manager – Est (h/f/d)

 

Nous vous invitons à rejoindre un Groupe en pleine croissance dont l’activité principale se situe sur le terrain. Au sein de notre succursale française et rattaché(e) au responsable des opérations France, vous assurez l’encadrement de 2 chefs d'équipe ayant chacun une équipe de techniciens. Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes et des activités opérationnelles.

Vos missions
  • Définir les priorités des équipes opérationnelles (disponibilité, tâches en attente, planning de maintenance, risque de pénalités)
  • Commander le matériel requis auprès du service de la chaîne d’approvisionnement avec le soutien du service d’assistance technique
  • Planifier des inspections de sécurité et assurer la coordination externe
  • Identifier les problèmes et les actions de suivi pour améliorer la performance opérationnelle
  • Maintenir une vue d’ensemble des absences et assurez la disponibilité opérationnelle 365 jours par an
  • Faire remonter les problèmes techniques au service d’assistance technique
  • Gérer le personnel : planification, formation, communication régulière, recrutement et intégration
  • Gérer la sous-traitance en lien avec le coordinateur de maintenance
  • Être l’interlocuteur principal des clients en termes de statut des opérations
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sain en établissant, en suivant et en appliquant des normes et des procédures et en se conformant aux réglementations légales
  • Favoriser l'amélioration continue du département et de ses processus
  • Assurer un bon esprit d'équipe, la motivation et un environnement de travail constructif
Votre profil
  • Vous êtes issus d’une formation en maintenance des systèmes éoliens ou maintenance industrielle
  • Vous avez une solide expérience en maintenance et avez exercé des postes avec du management
  • Vous êtes organisé et avez une bonne vision stratégique ainsi qu’un très bon sens des priorités
  • Vous êtes un bon communicant, que ce soit en interne ou en externe
  • Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (écrit et oral), de bonnes connaissances en allemand sont un plus
