Au sein du département Retail Excellence, vous faites partie de l'équipe Global Retail et jouez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance de l'entreprise. Dynamique et axé sur les résultats, vous développez des outils et des analyses pour suivre et améliorer les performances des 300 magasins.
Votre contribution
Analyser en profondeur les indicateurs de performance retail et partager ses conclusions avec les régions et les autres départements du siège, y compris la direction générale Collaborer avec les équipes retail monde afin de garantir le développement de la culture de performance et la mise en œuvre de plans commerciaux pertinents (définir les KPI, les objectifs, suivre les performances, communiquer les résultats). Collaborer avec les équipes retail dans le monde entier pour fixer les objectifs de KPI pour l'année et suivre les résultats réels de ces indicateurs de performance retail Collaborer avec l'équipe Finance et l'équipe Supply pour examiner le budget des ventes en région et analyser les résultats par rapport au budget. Collaborer avec les équipes Retail et les équipes RH dans le monde entier pour revoir les systèmes de commissions. Améliorer les outils de reporting et les tableaux de bord destinés aux magasins et aux directions retail régionales afin de mesurer efficacement les performances du personnel et des magasins (hebdomadaires, mensuelles). Définir l'organisation de l'équipe de 3 personnes (analystes performance retail) et la stratégie du département.Vous êtes
Une personne maitrisant l’univers du retail ayant déjà travaillé dans un contexte multiculturel avec une expérience significative en conseil stratégique, analyse financière ou banque d’affaires, Un professionnel doté d’un excellent esprit d’équipe et d’un bon relationnel facilitant la création de partenariat au sein du siège ainsi qu’au niveau des régions Worldwide, Un expert du Pack Office (en particulier d'Excel) et de l’analyse de données. Vous êtes en mesure de transmettre des informations complexes de manière claire et concise, Une parfaite combinaison entre un esprit commercial et un esprit stratégique. Vous êtes en mesure de prendre le lead tant pour les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes que pour les sujets stratégiques, Un professionnel avec une excellente communication en français et en anglais.Pourquoi nous rejoindre
