Le rôle et l’équipe
Pour accompagner le développement industriel du Groupe, nous recrutons un chef de projet (H/F) au sein de l’équipe Engineering Europe à Lestrem (près de Lille).
En rejoignant notre équipe , vous prenez en charge des projets d’investissements, en France e à l’International, depuis la phase d’avant-projet jusqu’à la phase de réalisation et de démarrage des installations.
Vous étudiez la faisabilité de réalisation de projets industriels et participez à l’élaboration des avant-projets (solutions, coûts et délais).
Vous gérez les projets en maîtrisant et en optimisant les paramètres coût, délais, procédés et qualité.
Sous la responsabilité du Head of Engineering Europe, vous apportez votre expérience et votre talent pour :
Organiser et planifier les différentes étapes du projet, depuis sa conception jusqu’à son achèvement, en vous appuyant sur les compétences Groupe, locales ou externes. Contribuer à la définition du procédé, des équipements et des équilibres matière et énergie. Rechercher les meilleurs compromis entre les attentes des différentes fonctions de l’entreprise et les critères économiques. Animer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles. Être le garant de la planification et intervenir auprès des interlocuteurs internes et externes pour respecter les délais. Intégrer les contraintes sécurité, qualité et environnementales. Être le garant de la conformité des installations réalisées et du transfert auprès des équipes d’exploitation.Le poste suppose des missions à l’international (entre 10 à 70%).

Formation Bac+5 de type Ingénieur Généraliste (ENSAM, ICAM, Centrale, HEI …) ou spécialisation en génie chimique Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 7 ans, en tant que chef de projets acquise en industrie de process et idéalement au sein d’entreprises internationales food et/ou pharma Connaissances techniques en construction, design d’installations de process Vous maitrisez l’anglais (oral et écrit).Ce que vous allez aimer chez nous ?
