Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation and Performance Project Manager to join our Digital Excellence team. This role will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects to improve the performance of our digital function, as well as managing business processes and monitoring digital performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead digital transformation projects to improve the performance of our digital function in areas such as finance, process, services, quality, and competitiveness.
- Manage business processes of the digital function, including formalizing, communicating, and optimizing processes across the PLAN, BUILD, RUN, and TRANSVERSAL phases.
- Monitor digital performance and develop corresponding action plans for OKR performance, financial performance, process performance, and service performance.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Commerce, or equivalent, within a domain related to Information Systems.
- Over 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar in an international environment.
- ITIL foundation or COBIT certification.
- Strong project management methodology, digital quality processes, leadership, service-driven, customer-oriented, results-oriented culture (OKR), management ability, rigor, and organization.
- Technical applicative competencies: Business Intelligence solutions and dashboarding setup experience, Smartsheet knowledge, QlikSense knowledge, or Alteryx would be a plus.
- Fluency in English.
