Job Description
Actions cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery. General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers. Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team. Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers. Assist with the receiving and storing of stock. Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations. Qualifications
Availability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends, evenings, public holidays Chemical handling experience & understanding of safe work practices preferred. Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role The physical aspects of the role which include but are not limited to; constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
