VIC Salon Prive Manager

Position:

As a VIC Salon Prive Manager you will be working in FENDI Dubai Mall Flagship being responsible for the recruitment and development of the high-end clientele and promotion of the clienteling culture in the store. You will be accountable for finding new business opportunities and achieving personal and team targets on the uber luxury segment through the implementation of action plans and initiatives inside and outside the store.

Main responsibilities

Develop and increase the high-end clientele by creating and nurturing a solid VIC network. Achieve and exceed individual and store targets on the uber luxury segment and client development. Animate the VIC Salon Prive by proposing, creating and implementing memorable moments for VIC guests. Propose initiatives and action plans to recruit new VIC Lead by example and promote a clienteling and uber luxury culture within the store Measure and share VIC performance insights and best practices and develop action plans accordingly Cooperate with other stores and functions to maximize business opportunities and enhance the VIC network and initiatives Lead by example, train and coach boutique teams on how to build and cultivate exceptional client relations and properly execute and measure actionable and strategic uber luxury sales and activities Manage Collection Previews events and monitor orders deliveries planning

Profile:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in VIC, Public Relations and Sales in the luxury industry Solid extensive VIC / high end network already developed Commercial mindset and goal orientation with strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit Outstanding communication skills At ease working under targets and KPI
