Here in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. The France DBS (Digital Business Services) Transformation team is a local change practice driving changes for our global business and functions by accelerating, orchestrating, and delivering outcomes that help HSBC achieve its strategic priorities and add value to its customers. The team brings in best of class execution skills, design led approach and deliver at pace to translate and achieve the desired business outcomes on large, complex, cross-business and function projects as well as certain local regulatory initiatives. The scope covers all current HBCE markets. The role holder has to be based in Paris.

What you will do:
Analysis with business/ functions to define operational solutions/ models within one or more major priority programs. Change management (analysis and implementation) to integrate change in a sustainable way and monitor benefits. Actor in Program Management on planning, control, reporting and risk reduction.In this role you will:
Anticipate and manage stakeholders expectations. Identify and analyse complex problems involving wider teams; generate feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences. lead brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems. Challenge requirements and designs, propose innovative business solutions to realise agreed business outputs. Coordinate, prioritize and document the requirements. Manage End to End Change plan. Requirements Fluent English required, French appreciated. Excellent communication (orally and in writing), interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles. Ability to decision making. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Optional.
