Position Summary
Role Summary
The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers and manage the teams that support existing customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suite decision makers and demonstrate a natural ability to help customer partners realise value and efficiency from their investment in L&W’s products and services.
Essential Job Functions
End-to-end ownership of all customer activity for systems products with the European region. Create market by market strategies and plans to deliver new business opportunities. Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. Conduct in-depth analysis to understand partner’s business challenges and objectives. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each customer, presenting and demonstrating our solutions to key decision-makers. Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives. Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives. Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Ensure all customers are aware of new products, features, and upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and regional support teams, to ensure client satisfaction and success. Indirect Management of customer services team (installation, helpdesk, customer project and account management). Communication and collaboration with Regional Leadership Team.Qualifications
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Regular travel required to our offices in Nice (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel to Barcelona (regional head office) and Las Vegas (global head office)
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience:
7-10 years technical sales experience in software and/or systems with a track record of exceeding targets Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefitKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Fluent in French and English – applicants will be rejected if they do not fulfil this requirement Strategic approach and ability to see the big picture Analytical thinker with the ability to translate problems into action plans Strong relationship builder with evidence of customer focused style Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.-
