As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Logistics Manager (France) to our global team. Position based in central Paris (hybrid work).
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Understand business requirements, deliver logistics solutions in a cost-effective and high-quality mannerBe the key point of contact for all logistics issues in France and support on other markets as they come on-line. Support the sales team on logistics and stock management matters.Work collaboratively with third-party logistics partners to ensure great service levels and best costLiaise with the internal teams and the logistics service partners to support and orchestrate all the stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure collaborationAnalyse the data, and evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflow processes and to identify trends and opportunities for improvementATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Fluent French and English Proven track record of leading teams in a logistical environment and working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and improvement is part of our cultureKnowledge of the European logistics marketplace as a whole is be desirable as Shark Ninja grows its presence in new countries.Commitment to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledgeNumerate with seasoned analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business casesAbility to clearly communicate data insights to othersWillingness to be hands-on and flexible with the workloadAbility to understand the product, our business, and the competitive landscapeBe agile, enthusiastic, and curiousYOUR ROLE in DIVERSIFYING
