Au sein de l’équipe d’Ingénierie Système, vous aurez la responsabilité de transformer les concepts des Responsables Produits en spécifications produits. Vous définirez les spécifications système à partir de nombreuses sources, piloterez la réalisation de prototypes et contribuerez au développement des produits en accord avec le système qualité de l’entreprise. A l’issue du développement des produits, vous serez clef dans la transmission de la connaissance produit vers les équipes Services.
Vous êtes responsable de
- Interagir avec les Responsables Produits pour convertir les concepts produits en designs systèmes.
- Travailler avec les architectes et les responsables des équipes sous-système pour étudier la faisabilité technique et définir une architecture produit en adéquation avec les spécifications système.
- Proposer un plan multigénérationnel des fonctionnalités produits basé sur la vision produit et la stratégie de l’entreprise.
- Initier le développement de prototype en connexion avec les équipes hardware et software
- Analyser, designer et rédiger les spécifications des fonctionnalités (incluant le design fonctionnel, l’analyse des flux et des cas d’utilisation, les contraintes d’intégration et les objectifs de performance) élaborées à partir des besoins marchés et des spécifications utilisateurs consolidés auprès de l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
- Développer et maintenir les spécifications
- Suivre le développement et le test des fonctionnalités et négocier des compromis lorsque nécessaire (en adéquation avec les objectifs du projet, les ressources et les délais)
- Participer aux activités de gestion des risques (identification, évaluation et contrôle des risques)
- Réaliser les formations des équipes Services et Responsables Produits sur les fonctionnalités développées.
- Fournir les informations aux Rédacteurs Techniques pour l’élaboration de la Documentation Produit
Vous faites partie de
l’équipe CI&I R&D MDIP Systems Engineering. Vous êtes sous la responsabilité du manager Systems Engineering et serez responsable de transformer les concepts des Responsables Produits en spécifications produits. Vous interagirez avec les équipes de développement software et hardware, les équipes de vérification et validation ainsi que les représentant du système de gestion de la qualité pour vous assurer que les produits atteignent les attentes de qualité, performances et évolutivité tout en respectant les contraintes projets. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe internationale.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez
- Niveau Bachelor ou Ingénieur·e généraliste, biotechnologie, informatique ou d’une formation équivalente
- 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception de produits, démontrée par un rôle dans la qualité, l'ingénierie, le service ou la fabrication, préférablement dans le domaine de la santé ou du développement informatique
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, écrit et parlé
- Une certification IREB serait un plus

English Translation:
As a Senior System Engineer, you will join System Engineering team and you report to System Engineering Manager.
You will be responsible for engineering system requirements from various inputs, driving prototype delivery, following the Company’s Quality Management Processes. Once the product is released, you will be highly instrumental in evangelizing the product value to our marketing and sales organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned Training within the required timeline. This may include, but not be limited to, training assigned as a new hire, or training assigned during your tenure with the Company. Required training may be assigned by Learning and Development, Quality/Regulatory, IT/Cybersecurity, HR, your manager, or any other department within the Company.
- Interact with Product Managers to turn product concepts into system designs
- Define multi-generation feature plan based on product vision and company strategy
- Work with system and subsystems architects for technical feasibility studies and product architecture satisfying system requirements.
- Drive prototype development in connection with hardware and software subsystem teams
- Analyze, design, and write feature specifications (functional design, workflows, high-level technical design, use cases, integration constraints, performance targets) based on market needs and user requirements input from all product-related stakeholders
- Develop and maintain system requirements repository
- Monitor feature development and testing progress and negotiate feature trade-offs when needed (with respect to scope, resources, and timeframe)
- Contribute to system risk management activities (Risk identification, Assessment and Mitigation)
- Transfer feature knowledge to Product Managers and Professional Services teams through training
- Provide inputs to Technical Writer for elaborating the Product documentation
To be successful in this role, you need have;
- Bachelor's degree or general engineer, biotechnology, computer science or equivalent training
- 5 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a role in quality, engineering, service or manufacturing, preferably in healthcare or IT development.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- An IREB certification would be a plus.
