For one of our clients, an international aviation insurance broker, based in France (92), we are currently seeking for a new Sales Support Representative for the French/ Spanish / Central and South American markets.

Your missions:

Under the Sales Team,

- You will be in charge of supporting the commercial team developing South Europe, Central and South American markets.

- You present, promote and sell your services to existing and prospective customers.

- You are facilitating the link between the production team and the commercial team.

- You establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- You develop and create a new client portfolio for those regions by traveling alone or together with the Sales Director, or other commercial team members.

Your profile:

- You have a proven experience in aviation, of at least 3 years, preferably more than 5 years

- You have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- You are dynamic

- You are willing to develop your own client portfolio (after being trained on the product)

- Spanish fluent is mandatory, English fluent. French and/or Italian fluent is a plus

- You are loyal, transparent and charismatic. Your existing network is a plus

- Job being supporting the commercial team from the office 80/90% of the time, and you are able to travel around 10% of your time.

You will join a dynamic company, that will take time to train you to their process in order to help you developing your own client portfolio and contribute to the success of the company
