Forte de plus de collaborateurs, la Business Unit TPSHRM de CGI accompagne les principaux acteurs de l’industrie, du transport, de l’automotive et du secteur public.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Le détail de vos fonctions et responsabilités s'articule autour des missions principales suivantes :
Commercial :
Gestion d'un portefeuille clients (animation et développement) composé principalement de comptes clés ;
Prospection client ;
Construction de la stratégie de développement du Secteur (fidéliser les clients existants, ouvrir de nouveaux clients, affiner la stratégie commerciale en fonction des offres de la BU),
Réponse aux appels à devis (cadrage du besoin, identification des collaborateurs CGI ayant les compétences adéquates, coaching);
Gestion des appels d'offres au forfait / Bid Management sur des opérations de vente complexe (identification des besoins, pilotage de la réponse, négociation, closing, élaboration du contrat);
Pilotage et suivi de votre activité (reporting sur les indicateurs, déroulement des missions auprès des clients…).
Management :
Suivi hiérarchique des collaborateurs sur son périmètre ou sur d’autres périmètres en fonction des affectations ;
Réalisation des entretiens prévus dans les processus RH : entretiens annuels d’évaluation, entretiens de satisfaction ;
Gestion des affectations ;
Définition et mise en œuvre des plans de formation ;
Participation au Comité Carrière et décisions salariales ;
Animation de son équipe ;
Recrutement.
Delivery :
Garant des engagements contractuels pris par CGI vis-à-vis des clients ;
Participation à des instances de pilotage de projet ;
Collaboration avec les Directeurs de Projets en charge du Delivery ;
Mise en œuvre et suivi des process de gestion (contrat, facturation, recouvrement).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Nous recherchons un leader capable de partager la vision CGI avec nos clients, nos équipes et nos partenaires dans le contexte complexe de l’industrie de l’automotive. Vous devrez porter une vision stratégique et ambitieuse auprès des membres et des clients.
Les principales compétences attendues :
· Avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire et une connaissance du secteur d’activité de nos clients
· De solides connaissances dans le développement du business serait un atout
· Une écoute, qui puisse satisfaire nos clients grâce à sa capacité de compréhension des enjeux et ses qualités relationnelles
· En capacité de réaliser la gestion sur son périmètre (commandes, facturation, suivi delivery)
· Disposant des compétences RH avérées afin de réaliser le recrutement, le suivi de carrière et le plan de développement des collaborateurs
· Sérieux, autonome, rigoureux, organisé, aimant le travail de qualité
· Créatif, capable de penser en dehors du cadre, pour imaginer les solutions de demain.
