Our client is a French engineering company specializing in the design of electronic systems, encompassing both hardware and embedded software. Their expertise covers all stages of hardware and software development, from the feasibility study to the final validation of electronic systems.

Organized by skill sets, our client enables its engineers to work across various industries such as aerospace, defense, energy, medical, multimedia, telecom, and transportation, utilizing different intervention modes.

Description of the job

In order to strengthen its managerial and commercial structure, we are looking for a new Business Manager to support the development of the Sophia-Antipolis agency.

Your missions

  • Commercial development of an already existing scope Large Account, SME, Start-up and negotiation of commercial offers.

  • Monitoring of current projects (planning, human, financial).

  • Collaboration with management to develop new partnerships such as Service Centers or Packages.

  • Recruitment of new engineers (sourcing, qualification interviews, contractualization).

  • Monitoring and professional support for employees (operational monitoring and career management).

  • Integrated within the agency in Sophia-Antipolis, you will join a team of 5 business managers, working in the same team.

Required profile

  • Coming from an engineering background, you ideally have initial experience in the world of business engineering.

  • Bac+5 Technical degree in Electronics or embedded systems.

  • Combined with a knowledge of the world of software development, you will be fully operational in the role.

  • Good communicator, dynamic, you have a commercial flair but also a strong taste for people and technology.

  • Native French and Advanced English.
