Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) apprenti(e) pour intégrer l’équipe Inclusion et Diversité au sein du Groupe Kering.

Votre opportunité

Vous serez au cœur d'un groupe de luxe mondial ayant un engagement authentique en faveur d’une culture d’entreprise inclusive. Vous assisterez la directrice et la spécialiste Inclusion et Diversité dans la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route Inclusion et Diversité du groupe Kering. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans la réalisation concrète de la stratégie dans nos régions, renforçant le sentiment d'appartenance au Groupe chez chacun de nos collaborateurs.

Comment vous allez contribuer

Participer à la collecte et à l’analyse des données, essentielles pour orienter nos priorités conformément à la stratégie et à la politique d'Inclusion et de Diversité chez Kering

Créer des présentations PowerPoint et des documents Excel d’utilisation facile

Relire et ajuster les documents (guides, présentations, matériel de formation...)

Aider dans l’organisation de réunions, conférences et évènements

Aider à créer des contenus de communication interne et externe

Qui êtes-vous?

Connaissances de base en gestion de projet, avec une capacité à travailler sur des échéances courtes et de multiples livrables en parallèle

Capacité à créer des présentations convaincantes sur PowerPoint et des documents Excel d’utilisation facile

Capacité d’analyser des données basiques sur Excel (Pivot, fonction recherche V…)

Capacité à travailler avec des équipes à travers le monde et dans différentes Maisons du groupe

Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à établir des relations de collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes (correspondants dans les Maisons, équipes RH...)

Maîtrise de l'anglais requise car la majorité de vos tâches et réunions se dérouleront dans cette langue (la connaissance du français ou de l'italien n'est pas obligatoire mais constituerait un atout)

Intérêt pour les sujets d’inclusion et diversité

Goût pour les outils digitaux et les réseaux sociaux serait un atout

We are currently seeking a Group Inclusion & Diversity Support Officer to join our Group Inclusion & Diversity team.

Your opportunity

You will be at the heart of a global luxury group with a genuine commitment to an inclusive culture. You will assist the Group Inclusion and Diversity Head and Specialist in the implementation of the Inclusion and Diversity Roadmap. You will be involved in the implementation of the strategy in our regions, reinforcing the sense of belonging to the Group among all our employees.

How you will contribute

Participate in data collection and analysis, critical for driving our priorities in line with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy and policy at Kering

Create PowerPoint presentations and easy-to-use Excel documents

Proofread and adjust documents (guides, presentations, training materials...)

Support the organization of meetings, conferences, and events

Contribute to the creation of internal and external communication content

Who you are

Basic knowledge on project management, with an ability to work on short deadlines and multiple deliverables

Ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint and easy-to-use Excel documents

Ability to analyze basic data in Excel (Pivot, V search function…)

Willing to work in a collaborative way with colleagues across regions and Houses

Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (Houses’ stakeholders, HR teams...)

Interest in inclusion and diversity topics

Fluent in English as most of your tasks & meeting will be in that language (French / Italian skills not required but would be an asset)

Digital savviness an asset
