Join us as a Marketing Project Manager to lead crossteam amp; crossmarket projects defining and executing Regates innovative accounting technology with Qontos leading financial solutions
You will directly report to Head of Marketing for our Regate Business Unit and work with local and global marketing team members helping define and execute the marketing strategy
You will be in charge of managing highimpact projects and will have the opportunity to partner with a huge variety of stakeholders in several teams in the company as well as with external partners
This role requires strong project management skills a datadriven approach and proven experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
As a Marketing Project Manager at Qonto you will
Act as the key representative of the Regate Marketing team for epic launches: being the key PoC in the Marketing team for stakeholders you will support them in finetuning the GTM for new features and in rolling out actions to achieve our companys objectives sharing with them your marketing expertise Coordinate global strategic projects: kickoff and coordinate crossteam amp; crossmarket projects by setting up highlevel marketing objectives that serve our business targets selecting the right stakeholders and rituals coordinating the marketing efforts to ensure quality and delivery on time measuring results and collecting key learnings Ensure alignment on the marketing OKRs and strategy: help the whole Global Marketing team to define the quarterly OKRs in line with the company and the Growth teams priorities Own and improve budget management across all marketing teams: define the best tools and processes to manage the marketing budget allocation and to keep track of the actual expenses partnering with the Finance Revenue and Data teamsEnsure Marketing excellence: based on the analysis of results and learnings throughout the execution of projects share best practices and build standards amp; processes for global and local marketing teams and in some instances for the whole Growth team

Her Path: Madeleine Corbetta is the Head of Marketing at specializing in SaaS B2B Marketing and Entrepreneurship With a Master in Management from ESCP Europe she has extensive experience in New York Berlin and Hong Kong and has excelled in business development and marketing roles across sectors like Healthcare Telecom AI and Fintech Initially at VINCI Group she launched an AI startup and later spearheaded the marketing strategy at from its inception She now leads a team of six overseeing Growth Content Branding amp; Comms and Product Marketing in France and Spain

About You
Mastery: you have proven experience in multiple marketing areas like Communication Brand Content CRM or Acquisition and a track record in crossteam amp; crossmarket project management Project Manager: you are comfortable with taking ownership and managing multiple largescale projects at the same time collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various roles and seniority and ensuring highquality deliverables by paying strong attention to detail Analytical thinker: you are datadriven and autonomous in setting up objectives amp; KPIs gathering and analyzing data through Excel and BI tools Tableau knowledge is highly appreciated Metabase and SQL knowledge is a plus Team player: able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments teams and with external stakeholders Communication: you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and can engage internal leadersteams across functions and external stakeholders Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing and project management roles either in a consulting firm or in a scaleup B2B experience is a plus Languages: You are fluent in both French and English
