Job Description

This is an exciting role directly responsible for the delivery and strategic directon of one of our new logo FMCG clients. Working across all dentsu brands and all geographies we're supporting our client on a complex expereince transformation journey across CXM & MarTech, including platform and tech agile with loyalty/CRM, experience design and production. You'll need to manage multiple centres of excellence across EMEA and support growth further afeild across APAC and the US. We're looking for a visionary client-centric architect who can both build and execute. You'll have strong influencing abilities and change management experience, ideally leading a complex integrated client regionally or globally.

Key Focus Points:

Create a collaborative and achieving culture for a matrixed team that comes from a mix of brands with one focus – to help the client win. Integrate capability delivering exceptional business outcomes for the client. Identify and integrate new capability that allows the client to deliver stronger results and maximize the impact of their marketing investment and effort. The dentsu relationship is in its infancy and this role must promote greater connection of services and results for the client and a seamless One Dentsu experience. Accountability for the revenue and profit growth across capabilities. Contribute to business planning and performance reviews and advocate for the vision and values of the business to create a high achievement and innovative culture where employees can learn and deliver their best work.

Key responsibilities Include:

Work with dentsu brands to develop the strategic vision for the client and our relationship with dentsu and in turn deliver. Accountability for the integrated P&L – both revenue and profit growth. Educate, influence, and interact with dentsu business leaders Understand clients marketing challenges within a larger business context and able to engage them on issues and opportunities well outside the current scope of the relationship. You'll be an ambassador of collaboration. Energizing and inspiring by communicating a compelling client vision, manages the development of team members, and promotes diversity and inclusion. Experienced in the delivery of regional & global marketing services. This includes identifying resources and capabilities within dentsu that can be offered to clients as a business solution. Successful track record managing multiple relationships in a matrixed environment and finding a way to create solutions, maintain high levels of satisfaction and building equity in your client relationship. Promote the business internally and externally and encourage and lead the team to be active in the industry Act as a role model across our matrix business to ensure clear roles and responsibilities exist and enable smooth collaboration between disciplines, functions and dentsu brands. Qualifications

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

Experienced marketing leader who has worked with iconic global brands. Experience leading and driving growth and matrixed teams Versed in leading change in complex organizations and implementing new operating models spanning across multiple marketing disciplines Track record, demonstrating discipline and commercial strength. Experience leading a complex regional or global client with multiple SOW's Financially astute and operationally knowledgeable. Leading with the cultural sensitivity and understanding to operate effectively and efficiently in different businesses and markets. Embodies credibility and confidence to lead senior colleagues and can strike an appropriate balance between having responsibility for finding solutions and maintaining trust/agreement on stakeholders and other colleagues. Organized and self-directed who's equally a team player A decisive thinker who possesses a "big picture" perspective Understand how to deliver in a way that motivates and drives high performance
