Le Chef de projet logiciel est chargé de gérer la planification et les activités techniques du développement logiciel depuis la phase de conception jusquà lintégration complète, la validation et la mise en production des projets.
Méthodologie
Contribue à la définition de la méthodologie logicielle en accord avec le Responsable du Département SW.
Assure lexactitude et lexécution des revues de conception technique sur ses projets.
Management
Gérer les ressources de ses projets (état davancement, tâches...)
Valider et optimiser le plan de charge pour ses projets.
Diriger la réunion hebdomadaire de son équipe.
Gestion technique
Contribuer à lidentification des briques standards requises en accord avec le responsable de la discipline SW.
Contribue à lidentification des outils standards requis en accord avec le responsable de la discipline SW.
Contribuer aux capitalisations et aux évolutions requises pour améliorer les processus de développement.
Contribuer à lidentification de la stratégie make or buy requise en accord avec le responsable de la discipline SW .
Gérer la planification du logiciel et les plans dactions.
Gérer la gestion du changement de son projet et préparer le SwCCB.
Diriger la gestion des exigences.
Garantir la bonne application des standards.
Gestion budgétaire
Définir le budget de ses projets
Suivre la bonne tenue du budget et mettre à jour la vue prévisionnelle sur 3 mois glissants de ses projets.
Contribuer au plan defficacité R&D de son projet en accord avec le SW Team Leader.
Reporting et participation aux réunions
Reporter lavancement, les statuts des revues techniques et les problèmes de son projet au responsable du département SW et au R&D PTM.
Assister à la réunion hebdomadaire avec le responsable du département logiciel et le R&D PTM.
Soutenir le R&D PTM dans les revues de projet si nécessaire.
Participer à la réunion mensuelle du département SW.
