THE OPPORTUNITY

Join us as our HSE Communication & Learning Apprentice, where you'll be at the heart of driving our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Crafting and sharing dynamic educational content that sparks HSE enthusiasm and embeds best practices throughout our organization.

We're looking for a new team member eager to hit the ground running and achieve milestones, backed by the wisdom and camaraderie of seasoned pros from all kinds of background.

- Take part of the communication strategies to enhance HSE awareness across the company.

- Create engaging HSE training materials and conduct educational sessions for employees at all levels.

- Assist in the management of HSE information on the company’s internal platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance of content.

- Support the HSE team in organizing and executing HSE events, campaigns, and initiatives.


Missions

DESIRED PROFILE

Educational level / Training:

Degree in Communication, or Business or a related field with an interest in HSE.

Master students preferred.

Technical skills & professional experience:

Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content. Creative and proactive in developing new ideas for communication initiatives. Interest in Project Management: will be exposed to learning to lead a project from scratch to end, communicating with all stakeholders.

Soft skills:

Team-oriented, interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Spoken languages:

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
