Constantly looking for new talent, we need YOU as a European Organic Digital Marketing specialist

You will be part of the marketing organisation working with experienced colleagues across Europe to help grow the presence of the Arlo brand with existing and potential customers through our digital and social channels.

What does it exactly imply for you?

Your missions :

Own the Arlo social media channels across Europe. You will develop a robust content calendar to support receptivity, product and promotional windows.Run campaigns to increase number of followers and improve engagement (including giveaways and teasers)Analyse activity to improve the metrics of social media channels and improve community engagementWork with local sales and marketing teams to support major retailers across channelsWork with the customer care team to reply and support customers engaging on social channelsManage the digital agency to ensure timely posting and premium executions Use social listening and management tools Improve the organic reach and engagement with our digital channels Understand our SEO strategy for driving organic traffic to our DTC websiteDevelop blog posts to increase organic traffic through keyword optimisationMap and oversee the consumer journey and path to purchase understanding where it can be optimised Support earned media opportunities Work closely with the brand and comms team to support any earned media opportunities

Your competencies:

You are pursuing a master’s degree at a University or a Business School, you have a first experience in sales or digital marketing. You are curious, eager to learn, have strong attention to detail and are confident talking to a wide range of people at different seniorities. You are rigorous, creative and passionate about your work and you are able to be independent, proactive and willing to take initiatives. Your mastery of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and knowledge of social media management tools is a bonus. You are fluent in English, good French command is a plus. You will join an international team.

Joining Verisure as an apprentice means:

A work-study contract with 1 day of remote working per week. Comprehensive training from the 1st day at the company. Ongoing coaching to develop and strengthen your understanding of the business world. Salary benefits defined according to the legal framework, with a 13th month payment (according to company agreements). An annual profit-sharing and profit-sharing bonus, with a matching contribution from the company.
