Job Description
How does your working day look like …
During your shift, you ensure smooth processes, correct cash bookings and maintain an overview so that you can work hand in hand with the team At the reception, you’ll make sure that all our guests are totally satisfied with their stay You’ll always keep calm, even when all the guests turn up to check in or check out at the same time You prepare for the shift and end it with a tidy front officeQualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
You’ve completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business and gained first professional experience at the front office You can speak English fluently You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests On top of this, you know your way around Düsseldorf and always have tips for good shopping locations and a nice ice-cream parlor You not only bring your skills, but also your characterAdditional Information
