Ce poste de V.I.E est créé afin de renforcer le département Finance dans le but de soutenir nos activités pour les activités de la « Business Area Global Power ».
Le/La « Project controller » devra fournir des informations financières aux chefs de projets et des conseils en matière de prise de décision au management. Ce poste doit également permettre de former un-e jeune professionnel-le, lui permettre de découvrir un grand groupe international tout en étant en charge du suivi d’un portefeuille de projets identifiés au niveau du compte de résultat, et d’approfondir ainsi ses compétences en finance.
Le/La V.I.E sera établi à Bruxelles où Le groupe Tractebel possède un siège de 1600 de personnes.
Il/Elle intègrera l’équipe Finance et sera amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec
• les chefs de projets pour contrôler les performances commerciales et financières de projets répartis dans plusieurs pays en respect avec la « géographical footprint » et de communiquer clairement des idées et des recommandations aux diverses parties prenantes,
• le manager du produit dont il sera le garant de la bonne tenue des comptes conformément aux règles de gestion du groupe.
Il/elle sera en charge de :
- Suivi de la performance du produit
- Suivi régulier des performances des projets et du challenge de leur situation financière (honoraires, heures, dépenses)
- l’encadrement de la facturation
- du processus de clôture mensuelle
- suivi des frais généraux
- participations aux exercices budgétaires
- maintien de la mise à jour régulière de l'ERP
- du suivi de la formation financière des chefs de projets.
La mission est initialement envisagée pour 12 mois, avec une forte probabilité à date d'être renouvelée pour 12 mois supplémentaires.
PROFIL
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme bac +5 de type Master en finance & audit,
Vous parlez couramment français ainsi que l’anglais nécessité de pouvoir interagir au quotidien avec des collègues non-francophones), Vous avez une excellente connaissance de Microsoft office et vous êtes particulièrement à l’aise en Excel, une connaissance en SAP serait un atout additionnel.
