The Senior Product Manager for the Control Valves business is responsible for the development of global strategy, prioritization of initiatives, and execution of the Op Plan to deliver financial commitments to the business. This position will manage multiple products and direct reports within the Masoneilan portfolio.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization, being involved in long-term planning, managing complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Having a contribution in the development of a business plan for the business unit. Being involved in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit. Contributing to the strategic plan of higher unit. Presenting to top leadership the business solutions on technical discipline and business solutions. Working with cross business teams and engaging in complex long-term processes with important clients.
Driving go-forward growth through NPI, portfolio management, and inorganic means using customer feedback through VOC
Driving margin improvements and competitiveness through optimization of footprint, cost structure, product structuring, and availability initiatives
Optimizing quotation efficiency and channel engagement through scope of the quotation tools (ValvStream, price book, etc.) and availability of quotation support expertise.
Communicating strategic vision and direction internally to leadership, regional, and functional teams, as well as providing external communication to channel and customer for complete business alignment
Driving an entrepreneurial culture within the business (align the business in a common direction focused on growth)
Engaging frequently with the commercial organization to support the Project business to maximize our opportunity win percentage
Delivering the business goal as outlined in the annual Op Plan.
Driving a culture of integrity & Safety, support TRS needs globally

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Have extensive experience as a Product manager with Valve Product Lines
Show good experience and strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials.
Have deep understanding of functional impact to the business, including supply chain and commercial activities.
Have proven ability to deal with executives at all levels and strong communication skills
Demonstrate good knowledge of Energy markets, customers and regional requirements including awareness of Technical Regulations & Standards
Be able to exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a keen focus on results, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Demonstrate leadership, coaching, team-building skills and experience leading global teams and cross functional organizations.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
Be fluent in English.
