Überwachung und Verwaltung der Kundenfakturierung Überwachung der Inkassotätigkeit und Abstimmung mit den Kundenkonten Regelmäßige Überwachung der Außenstände und des Inkassos durch automatische Mahnverfahren In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kreditmanagementteam Implementierung von Überwachungs- und Kontrollverfahren für die Einziehung unbezahlter Rechnungen Monatliche Berichterstattung an die Finanzleiter Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen (insbesondere dem Vertrieb) sowie den Rechtsvertretern in Deutschland und den Inkassobüros in Österreich/Schweiz Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette im Forderungsmanagement und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung in den Systemen SAP S/4HANA, Sugar CRM und Jira

Damit beeindruckst Du uns

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account Receivables Management Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (eine weitere europäische Sprache ist von großem Vorteil) Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Kenntnisse von SAP oder einem anderen ERP-System Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung des Office-Pakets
