The Role

Position: Brand Manager

Location: France - Marketing Department

Reporting to: Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve financial objectives in collaboration with the France Marketing Manager.
  • Drive brand communication strategy across various media and retail touchpoints to stimulate demand among children and parents.
  • Identify product development opportunities through expert category, consumer, and market insights in France and European territories.
  • Execute consumer demand-driving programs including PR, digital advertising, sales promotion, and merchandising.
  • Manage agency partnerships to ensure ROI and effective utilization of marketing budgets.
  • Cultivate B2B brand partnerships and oversee brand experiential strategy.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage product line communication, including new product launches, competitive analysis, and customer sample coordination.
  • Support the sales team with French sales presentations and drive account growth through effective sell-in strategies.
  • Maintain the FR showroom and assist in organizing trade fairs and exhibitions.

Ideal Profile

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of brand management experience in consumer goods
  • Knowledge of the toy industry and targeting parents and children preferred
  • Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Vision and passion for consumer brands and retail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Photoshop a plus
  • Fluent in French and English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
