Mission
:
Supporter l'équipe merchandising Burberry Beauty sur les lancements internationaux maquillages & parfums.
Développer des outils innovants pour améliorer l’expérience client en point de vente.
Objectifs:
Participer au développement du merchandising temporaire et accompagner les lancements Burberry, par le biais de différentes missions :
Contribuer, en collaboration avec l’équipe temporaire, au développement de nouveaux concepts merchandising : suivi de projet, préparation de briefs... Participer à la coordination du déploiement des lancements : accompagner différents marchés sur des adaptations locales des concepts, suivi du respect des guidelines merchandisings, vérification des matériaux… Analyse des déploiements et des besoins marchés après lancements, pour anticiper les prochains lancements. Participer à la collaboration avec les agences de design, du brief créatif à la production des éléments graphiques. Participer au développement et à la mise à disposition des guidelines pour adaptation des marchés locaux Gérer et faire le suivi de planning, relecture, coordination avec différents interlocuteurs en interne et en externe, garantie du respect des délais, budgets, livraison et exécution des éléments Coordonner le développement des outils transverses avec leurs mises à jour Faire de régulières études de la concurrence et des tendances et créer des rapports sur les « best practices »Profil:
Personnalité créative et force de proposition. Pack office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Fortes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à mener plusieurs projets en même temps. Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral). Expérience dans l’industrie des parfums & cosmétiques est appréciée mais optionnelle.-
