STAGE/ INTERNSHIP

BURBERRY BEAUTY MERCHANDISING 

 

 

 

 

Mission:

Support the Burberry Beauty merchandising team on international make-up & fragrance launches.

Develop innovative tools and in-store consumer experience.

 

 

Objectives:

 

Participate in the development of temporary merchandising and support Burberry launches, through various missions:

 

- Contribute, in collaboration with the temporary team, to the development of new merchandising concepts: project follow-up, preparation of briefs...

 

- Participate in coordinating the roll-out of launches: assist different markets with local adaptations of concepts, monitor compliance with merchandising guidelines, check materials...

 

- Analyze rollouts and market needs after launches, to anticipate future launches.

 

- Participate in collaboration with design agencies, from creative brief to production of graphic elements.

 

- Participate in the development and provision of guidelines for adaptation to local markets.

 

- Manage and monitor planning, proofreading, coordination with various internal and external contacts, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, delivery and execution of elements.

 

- Coordinate the development and updating of cross-functional tools

 

- Conduct regular competitor and trend studies, and create best practice reports

 

Profile:

  • Creative personality and ability to make proposals.
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory.

Objectifs:

 

Participer au développement du merchandising temporaire et accompagner les lancements Burberry, par le biais de différentes missions :

 

  • Contribuer, en collaboration avec l’équipe temporaire, au développement de nouveaux concepts merchandising : suivi de projet, préparation de briefs...

 

  • Participer à la coordination du déploiement des lancements : accompagner différents marchés sur des adaptations locales des concepts, suivi du respect des guidelines merchandisings, vérification des matériaux…

 

  • Analyse des déploiements et des besoins marchés après lancements, pour anticiper les prochains lancements.

 

  • Participer à la collaboration avec les agences de design, du brief créatif à la production des éléments graphiques.

 

  • Participer au développement et à la mise à disposition des guidelines pour adaptation des marchés locaux

 

  • Gérer et faire le suivi de planning, relecture, coordination avec différents interlocuteurs en interne et en externe, garantie du respect des délais, budgets, livraison et exécution des éléments 

 

  • Coordonner le développement des outils transverses avec leurs mises à jour 

 

  • Faire de régulières études de la concurrence et des tendances et créer des rapports sur les « best practices »

 

 

Profil:

  • Personnalité créative et force de proposition.
  • Pack office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à mener plusieurs projets en même temps.
  • Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Expérience dans l’industrie des parfums & cosmétiques est appréciée mais optionnelle.
