Vous serez accompagné et aurez l’appui du Head of IT France & Belgium et interviendrez sur le périmètre France et Belgique.
Le poste à pourvoir se situe sur notre agence de Montigny-le-Bretonneux (78) au pied de la gare Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (RER C, Lignes N et U) ou sur Toulouse (31).
Des déplacements professionnels ponctuels dans les différentes agences en France et en Belgique sont à prévoir.
Vos missions ?
Le IT Team Manager H/F assure plusieurs rôles dans le département informatique Expleo :
Être responsable de l’animation d’une équipe de quatre Chefs de Projet qui assurent la fourniture des services informatiques internes au sein de nos agences, Être le promoteur du développement des services informatiques dédiées au support de nos projets d’ingénierie en partenariat avec le client final, les fonctions business et les autres équipes IT, Mettre en œuvre les infrastructures locales et accompagner les projets techniques IT afin de garantir la qualité de service, la satisfaction des utilisateurs internes et une exécution décentralisée des services IT, Assister la création d’offres techniques packagées dans les phases d’acquisition de compte avec les acteurs du développement projets.Ses missions se décomposent de la manière suivante :
Accompagnement des populations locales France dans leur expérience IT : il pilote l’assistance aux opérationnels dans l’utilisation de leurs outils IT, en assurant l’interface avec les services IT des Clients finaux et diffuse les meilleures pratiques d’utilisation, Accompagnement sur les composants IT des projets orientés « Client » en étant garant de la gestion du flux de demande, de leur priorisation et de leur traitement tout en conservant la préoccupation permanente d’une gestion budgétaire optimisée, Accompagnement sur le domaine informatique des projets « Moyens Généraux » sur la gestion de l’immobilier (réseaux, salles de réunion …) Garant de la réalisation de projets centraux nécessitant une présence locale en particulier des projets d’évolution des infrastructures informatiques en respect des processus ITIL, Mise en œuvre des référentiels de conformité en particulier sur les activités des marchés de Défense, Optimisation de la gestion des logiciels Métiers afin d’en optimiser le rapport qualité prix & la facturation interne, Participation à différents projets techniques pilotés par la structure IT Infrastructure groupe en se positionnant comme expert sur certaines technologies, Accompagnement du Business sur les aspects avant-ventes pour la partie IT.Qui êtes-vous ?
Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 en informatique (ou équivalent), vous possédez une expérience significative autour des environnements IT.
