En réalisant des missions d’études, d’expertise et de conseil, nous couvrons pour nos clients toutes les étapes du cycle de vie d’un projet EnR ; étude de faisabilité, développement, construction, exploitation des infrastructures et repowering.
Le Poste
Natural Power recherche un expert technique avec expérience significative dans les inspections d’éoliennes et possédant de bonnes connaissances techniques. Le poste est axé sur l’inspection d’éoliennes (50% du temps) à tout stade de projet et le développement de l’équipe et de l’activité en France et en Europe.
Missions :
Superviser et réaliser les inspections sur site pour les inspections de réception, inspections de fin de garantie et inspections de suivi d’exploitation. Être le garant de la qualité des rapports et services rendus Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets sous sa responsabilité Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Construction et Exploitation, organiser les services d’inspection et d’analyses techniques Collaborer activement avec le département inspection du groupe Natural Power basé au UK. En lien avec le service commercial, participer à la rédaction des offres : identification de clients, participation à des conférences, salons et groupes de travail techniques. Assurer des réunions avec les clients et prospects et apporter un support ponctuel au développement commercial Être le référent technique des modèles d’éoliennes présentes sur le marché et participer au développement du « Turbine knowledge group » Natural Power (retour d’expérience marché, analyse de pannes, nouvelles technologies…) Analyser les rapports d’incident / accident / amélioration de performance pour conseiller nos clients Analyser la performance des machines à partir des données SCADA éoliennes S’assurer que les services proposés sont réalisés conformément aux standards de sécurité de Natural Power : analyse de risque, méthodes, suivi du contrôle des EPI, formations réglementaires Valider les annexes techniques des contrats « Turbine » des projets éoliens Suivre l’évolution de l’offre technique sur le marché (onshore et offshore) et rendre l’information disponible aux départements intéressés via des outils internes existants ou à mettre en place Participer en tant que Référent en technologie éolienne aux groupes de travail internes Assurer le rôle de représentant Client pour divers projets offshore, et veiller au bon déroulement des opérations, en conformité avec les spécifications du projet.Le profil recherché:
BAC école d’ingénieur ou équivalent ou Technicien Bac/3 avec expérience Expérience en inspection d’éoliennes indispensable, Connaissances techniques du fonctionnement d’une éolienne indispensable. Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral Aptitude à la fois au travail en équipe et en autonomie Permis B indispensable pour les déplacements sur site Bonne capacité de discernement et d’assimilation des référentiels Qualité et HSE/SSE
