About the Role
Are you ready to spearhead engineering transformation in the transportation and mobility sector? Publicis Sapient is seeking a visionary Senior Technology Leader to join our automotive and mobility business and be part of the leadership team in EMEA and APAC. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, including CIOs and CTOs, in leading automotive, mobility, and transportation companies.
Your mission will be to bridge the gap between business and IT, delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions that redefine industry standards. You will lead technical design, planning, and delivery while driving best practices and fostering the growth of our engineering talent. As a thought leader, you will help shape the future of digital and mobile technology solutions for our clients and within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level clients, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value Technical Leadership: Lead the design, planning, and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions, ensuring high-quality, rapid software development Innovation: Develop and promote new technology propositions, particularly in areas like connected car platforms, marketing, data analytics, and software platform development Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery and quality of all engineering work, ensuring projects are set up for success and run efficiently Thought Leadership: Contribute to the industry through speaking engagements, publications, and by driving the adoption of modern architectural patterns and engineering disciplinesQualifications
Your skills and experience
Technical Expertise: We are looking for a seasoned engineering lead and technology consultant with broad expertise in enterprise-level tech stacks related to e-commerce, content management (including headless solutions), marketing, and CRM, along with latest AI developments Industry Experience: Proven track record in the automotive, mobility, and transportation sectors Consulting Skills: Exceptional consulting, presentation, and advisory abilities with a knack for solving complex technical problems Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, German is a plus Team Leadership: Experience leading large, globally distributed engineering teams Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns and engineering disciplines to maximize delivery velocity External Presence: Contributions to open source, speaking at meet-ups and conferences, and authoring books or articles are highly desirableWhy Join Us?
