Vous pourrez aider et vous serez formé aux missions ci-dessous dans le but d’être autonome et de manager votre future équipe
Missions
Participer à la préparation de l’inventaire dans la zone attribuée Procéder au « balisage » de sa zone Animer et motiver les membres de son équipe sur sa zone (maximum 10 personnes) Respecter et faire respecter les la procédure spécifique pour chaque client S’assurer que l’ensemble des zones soient correctement traitées Manager la productivité de son équipe (transmissions des techniques de compte et relevé) Répondre aux questions et problèmes techniques rencontrés par l’équipe de sa zone S’assurer de l’état d’avancement de sa zone dans les respects des délais impartis Reporter régulièrement de son activité au superviseur d’inventaire
Modalités
Ce poste est en horaires décalés. Vous devez être flexible, vous êtes susceptible d'arriver en agence en milieu - fin d'après-midi et d'avoir un retour de mission dans la fin de soirée-nuit. Une prime panier repas de 3,50 € jusqu’à 7,50 € Un éventuel contrat à la clé suite à ton alternance Une mobilité interne croissante qui favorise l’évolution professionnelle Une formation dispensée en début de prise de poste et tout au long de ton parcours Comité d’entreprise Remboursement titre de transport à hauteur de 50 % Mutuelle & régime de prévoyance
