Une opportunité passionnante vous attend Nous recrutons un(e) Contract Manager dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Mulhouse.
Au sein de la Direction Projets et Affaires, sous la responsabilité du Responsable des relations contractuelles constructeurs et fournisseurs, vos missions incluront :
De l'analyse : Vous prenez en compte et rédiger des contrats pour de nouveaux besoins ou partenariats. Du travail d'équipe : Vous faites équipe avec les directions concernées afin de recueillir tous les détails nécessaires aux nouveaux besoins (description du service, fréquence des réunions...). Du contact humain : Vous accompagnez la mise en œuvre des processus de gestion du contrat dans les services impactés et vous apportez un appui aux opérationnels : vous répondez aux appels d'offres, vous rédigez des accords-cadres ou procédures négociées... De la rigueur : Vous gardez les contrats à jour, élaborez une bibliothèque de contrats modèles et vous suivez les échéances pour respecter les délais. De la curiosité : Vous restez à l'affût des nouveautés, mettez à jour les éléments de contrat associés et faites une veille juridique constante pour suivre les réglementations nationales, européennes et parfois internationales ainsi que la jurisprudence. De la recherche : Vous collectez l'ensemble des informations auprès des directions opérationnelles et n'hésitez pas à faire appel à des cabinets d'experts externes pour avoir des réponses pointues. De la solidarité : Vous apportez votre assistance à vos collègues des autres services, leur offrant des recommandations pour garder l'entreprise dans les clous de la loi ou anticiper les changements réglementaires.Ce que vous allez vivre chez nous

Avez-vous le profil pour postuler ?
Vous l'avez compris, ce poste requiert des compétences telles que l'analyse, l'autonomie, la rigueur, la curiosité et la confidentialité
Une bonne connaissance de la réglementation française, idéalement acquise à travers une formation en Droit des affaires/NTIC avec une spécialisation en droit des obligations/contrats, ou en école de commerce, est requise. De plus, un excellent niveau d'anglais juridique est indispensable.
