Le rôle de nos équipes juridiques est de fournir des solutions légales pertinentes, rapides et novatrices aux différentes parties prenantes, en adoptant un prisme opérationnel.
En tant que ‘business partner’ du top management, des équipes RH ainsi que Diversité, Inclusion & Accessibilité, vous êtes au cœur des enjeux humains et structurels du groupe.
Votre mission est d’être à l’écoute et d’apporter un conseil expert et pragmatique, dans le respect de la culture et des valeurs d’Ubisoft.
A ce titre:
En tant que juriste droit senior social, vos journées seront rythmées par le conseil et l’accompagnement des équipes au siège et en local, sur une variété de sujets juridiques, rarement classiques, souvent disruptifs et aux implications juridiques multiculturelles importantes :
1) Participation à la définition, la mise en place et l’accompagnement de projets RH au niveau du groupe, visant notamment à harmoniser et faire évoluer les pratiques et politiques sur différents sujets notamment :
Compensation et benefits, Mobilité intra-groupe, y compris dans le cadre de détachements, expatriations, portages internationaux etc., Procédure de recrutement, gestion de carrière, élaboration, mise en place et suivi des contrats de travail du top management,2) Conseil en matière de gestion des instances de représentation du personnel et des organisations syndicales, au niveau international ;
3) Plus généralement collaboration quotidienne avec les équipes opérationnelles (prod & tech), les équipes Relations Sociales, Data Protection, Corporate Tax, Diversité Inclusion et Accessibilité sur les implications en droit social de projets novateurs, en prenant en compte les spécificités juridiques et culturelles locales ;
4) Accompagnement de projets corporate, de transformation et d’évolution des organisations, au niveau international ;
5) Conseil et accompagnement ponctuel des équipes RH sur la gestion des contentieux au niveau international ;
6) Contribution aux côtés des leadership teams et accompagnement des groupes de travail créés autour de projets novateurs.
7 ) Vous êtes en outre à l'affût de tout changement dans le paysage juridique et des développements RH dans l'industrie des jeux vidéo et d'autres industries disruptives qui pourraient avoir un impact direct ou indirect sur les sujets de l’humain.
8 ) Enfin vous soutiendrez, accompagnerez et formerez les équipes RH à travers le monde aux meilleurs réflexes juridiques en matière de droit social.
Qualifications
Professionnel.le du droit du travail, vous disposez impérativement d’une expérience très solide sur des postes similaires dans des contextes internationaux, et avez au moins une expérience significative au sein d’une entreprise internationale ;
Vous disposez d’une formation juridique solide en droit social (type Master 2 ou équivalent), faites preuve de curiosité vis-à-vis des législations et pratiques RH étrangères et disposez d’une culture juridique internationale solide ;
Vous faites preuve de leadership, avez un excellent relationnel, et savez développer des relations positives et constructives avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux et internationaux (opérationnels, RH, dirigeants) ;
Vous faites preuve d’une analyse juridique précise, et vous avez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles ;
Extrêmement rigoureux.se, vous faites preuve d’un état d’esprit positif, de créativité intellectuelle, d'adaptabilité et de capacité à résoudre les problématiques sur la base d’une analyse des risques ;
Vous êtes agile, proactif, et capable de gérer différents projets simultanément, d'établir des priorités et de fournir des résultats dans un contexte rapide et exigeant ;
Vous êtes autonome tout en ayant aussi un fort esprit d’équipe;
Votre niveau d’Anglais est bilingue à l'écrit comme à l'oral : une grande partie de vos interlocuteurs seront anglophones.
