Job Description
You will report to the Head of Product Taxation within the Finance Department of Natixis Investment Managers. You will be the privileged interlocutor of French and foreign affiliates of Natixis' asset management division on the tax issues of the asset investment funds.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
Assisting French and foreign management companies on matters such as structuring investment vehicles in side assets; Advise affiliates on various issues related to the taxation of assets held by managed funds and support responses to calls for tender; Facilitate monitoring of regulations already implemented: CRS/FATCA/ CBC Report/DAC 6; Manage projects related to the implementation of new tax regulations such as Pillar 2 by supporting French and foreign affiliates; Participate in the realization of joint work with the "Corporate" taxation on cross-cutting tax topics such as VAT issues, transfer pricing, international taxation, etc. ; Intervene in Place working groups (for example at the AFG) and monitor product taxation.The contacts have varied profiles depending on the affiliate concerned and may come from different departments: Finance Department, Legal Department, General Secretariat, Middle Office, Management Team.
