Descriptif des missions proposées

1/ Gérer un projet de développement d’un outil digital visant à diminuer les couts de non-qualité :

Définition du besoin au près des parties prenantes Composition de l’équipe Planification Élaboration du cahier des charges Etude des différentes solutions existantes Développement et mise en place de l’outil Formation des parties prenantes Évolution post-déploiement

2/ Automatisation de l’outil de gestion des certificats aéronautiques dans l’ERP ATR (SAP) :

Faire un état des lieux des données à intégrer dans l’ERP Evaluer avec les parties prenantes les solutions disponibles, à optimiser et à développer  Etablir le planning et budget associé Valider le budget et planning avec les sponsors du projet

3/ Développement d’un outil digital pour le suivi de l’évolution de la base de cout GMA

Ce stage demandera de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multifonctionnelles : Supplier Repair Manager, GMA Contract Manager, Acheteurs, Informatique, Qualité, Logistique, etc.

Detailed description of the mission

1/ Manage digital project for non-quality cost killing:

Needs definition with stakeholders. Line-up Planning Specification establishment Study of the different existing solutions Tool development and implementation Stakeholders training Update post implementation

2/ Automation of aeronautic certificate tool management in ATR ERP (SAP) :

Make an inventory of data to integrate into ERP Evaluate with stakeholders available, to optimize, and to develop solutions. Establish schedule and associated budget Validate the budget and planning with project sponsors

3/ digital tool development for cost base evolution follow-up

Collaborate with other teams: GMA Repair Manager, Contract Manager, Procurement, IT, Quality, Logistic, ...
