Position Summary

Under the responsibility of the Global Education Senior Manager, the Global Education Assistant will play an active role in the development and deployment of KILIAN Paris education tools as well as managing the communication between Global Education and local markets.

This role will be directly involved in conversation with all global markets, ensuring that their needs are met from a tool development perspective. You will be partner with markets on local execution of global education strategy. The education assistant will be responsible for designing, deploying and managing the communication of tools, amongst global partners, as well as updating all the evergreen tools seasonally to reflect newness.

The Global Education Assistant will directly oversee the management of KILIAN Paris digital tool, The Kilian Academy, ensuring that the digital tools continue to be aligned with the latest education innovations, as well as working directly with markets on local translations.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, the Education Assistant will be involved seasonally in the planning and managing of the Global Education Train the Trainer meetings, as well as other Education activations in the calendar year.

Job Description:

Education Tools

Contribute to the development of new and existing Education tools based on market feedback.

  • Update evergreen tools to reflect seasonal newness.
  • Develop new tools based on market feedback.
  • Adaptation of tools for local relevancy.
  • Communicate innovations to all markets.

Digital Learning Platform

  • Manage the evolution of the brands digital platform, The Kilian Academy.
  • Update the Kilian Academy to reflect seasonal newness, for both product and experiences.
  • Ensure that new images and quizzes are updates seasonally.
  • Audit the Kilian Academy monthly, ensuring the ambassador experience is seamless.
  • Manage translations with local markets with an ambition to continue to offer new languages.
  • Work directly with the app developer on opportunities and new initiatives.

Education Seminars

Play an active role in the organization of Seasonal Global Education Seminars and Activations.

  • Assist in organization and management of Seasonal Education Seminars:.
    • Manage Gratis to support seasonal meeting.
    • Communicate with vendors and third-parties on execution.
  • Seasonal Seminar Tools :
    • Work with marketing and product development teams on assets for seasonal.
    • Create seasonal tools to support the seminars.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master degree student or Business School. (End-of-studies internship preferred)
  • First experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French and enjoys working in an international environment.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal &organizational skills and desire to lead in projects.
  • Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus
