Description du poste
Afin d’accompagner notre forte croissance, nous vous proposons de nous rejoindre pour contribuer activement au déploiement de nos projets centrés sur les ambitions et la stratégie d'entreprise.
Rattaché(e) à une Direction Commerce, vous êtes en relation directe avec les différents périmètres de l’entreprise.
Vos missions sont les suivantes :
Vous développez une vision globale d'un portefeuille projets, et vous assurez de leur cohérence et de leur contribution effective à l’atteinte de nos objectifs. Vous coordonnez de façon transverse la mise en œuvre de nos projets et êtes garant(e) de la communication entre l’ensemble des parties prenantes quant à leur progression. Vous mettez en place et pilotez le dispositif de contrôle du respect des procédures et des méthodes. Vous optimisez le déploiement de nos projets en identifiant les risques et points de friction et en mettant en œuvre les axes d’amélioration. Vous construisez des reportings consolidés réguliers et établissez des bilans étayés des projets. Vous préparez l'ensemble des supports et présentations nécessaires à l'animation et au suivi des groupes de projet. Vous travaillez en collaboration étroite avec les PMOs d’autres directions (Mondial Relay et Groupe Inpost).
Qualifications
De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum dans le pilotage et la conduite de projets. Votre forte sensibilité clients, votre esprit de synthèse et votre rigueur seront des atouts pour réussir à ce poste. De nature proactive et pragmatique, vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et résolution de problèmes. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’écoute et votre capacité à interagir de manière constructive et à favoriser la communication entre des interlocuteurs variés. Un niveau d’anglais courant est indispensable (C1 mini), et vous êtes un expert du pack office.SJ123
