Chez VELUX, nous mettons en avant l'accompagnement de nos clients particuliers tout au long de leur parcours, depuis les premiers conseils sur leur projet jusqu'à l'installation et l'utilisation de nos produits. Dans cette optique, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Conseiller Clientèle Projets d'Amélioration de l'Habitat H/F.
Vos challenges
Vous occuperez un rôle clé en étant l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients particuliers. De la sélection des produits adaptés à leur projet jusqu'à la gestion des travaux et des paiements, vous serez responsable de garantir un service de qualité tout au long du processus.
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
Fournir des conseils personnalisés aux clients envisageant l'installation ou le remplacement de fenêtres.
Guider nos clients particuliers vers les meilleures solutions techniques VELUX adaptées à leur projet.
Collaborer avec notre réseau de partenaires installateurs pour assurer une coordination efficace.
Gérer toutes les activités liées au processus d'installation, y compris la gestion des paiements.
Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et maintenir une communication constante avec nos clients.
Qualifications et compétences requises
Une bonne expérience dans la gestion de la relation client à distance en BtoC et/ou BtoBtoC.
Un sens commercial développé.
Une aisance relationnelle et la capacité à communiquer et à argumenter efficacement sur différents supports numériques.
Orienté(e) résultats avec un souci constant de la satisfaction client.
La capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Une flexibilité, force de proposition et autonomie.
Une approche structurée, organisée et une aisance à gérer des processus complexes.
Une maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que le Pack Office, les logiciels et les applications diverses.
Une maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé (niveau intermédiaire).
Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine de la construction ou de l'amélioration de l'habitat serait un atout.
